TTC baby #1 for over a year now. . .

Sheena

We started trying last August. I stopped taking the pill in June 2014.

I have had very normal cycles this past year but I have noticed that my period has always been super light. Like 3 days at most and not exactly a super heavy flow. At the start of this cycle it was heavier so I'm hoping that's a good thing.

I can't help but think that being on the pill for 8 or 9 years has somewhat hampered our attempts at making a baby. Everything I've read says that your fertility snaps back into place within a few months of stopping birth control. My ovaries must have missed that memo.

Has anyone else had problems after being on birth control for so long?

I am starting 50mg Clomid this cycle and praying that it does the trick.

Thanks and baby dust to you all!!
