Hi, I’m looking for answers if that’s possible.. I was on depo from January 2015 I was supposed to go back for my shot July of 2017 but I didn’t. my period came back 4months after stopping depo I never had a period on depo.this when I started tracking my period Nov-5-2017.

Is it considered regular or irregular?

I’am trying to conceive with no luck.

No I don’t track my temperatures or anything like that.

I have the glow app and when it says I’m ovulating I only have lots of thick white cm.

Does preseed work?

My chest is sore most of the time,and sometimes I feel futters in my stomach,I believe it maybe side effects of the depo.
