this may not be the correct room but I do want everyone's views and experiences no matter good or bad.

after this pregnancy I'm debating getting my tubes tied...my first pregnancy ended in very severe preeclampsia and this one I've been high risk the whole time. I need an effective means of birth control until I get my health back in order. I can not take birth control pills or anything with estrogen in it and condoms do not work effectively for my husband and I for many reasons. with all that being said I really see getting my tubes tied as the best answer but it's concerning. how painful is the procedure, how easy is it to reverse, what are complications etc...I'd really love to hear opinions and information about this because I'm totally in the dark.

again I know this isn't "controversial" but I really wanted to see both sides of the coin and figured this would be the best section.
