First time OPK question

Hey everybody, I hope I have the right group for this. My partner and I are new to trying to conceive. Glow has my ovulation at the 13th so tomorrow is the day to have sex but to be sure I wasnt missing it I took an ovulation test. I've never taken one before and I received two lines which the box is telling me means I am going to ovulate in the next 24 to 36 hours but I was wondering if the second line is quite faint (but still there) does that mean that the hormones aren't quite at their peak yet or that's as good as it will get? Lol if that makes sense? Sorry. I'm so nervous and truly terrified as well.
