Need advice on late period!

Well I’m officially 30 days late from my period. We tried conceiving when I ovulated according to this app. I had nausea, dizziness and emotions but alas all my pregnancy tests are saying negative. Breasts are also super heavy and tender.

I’m at a loss, seeing all the negative tests has just hurt me so much. Problem is how do we try again when period hasn’t even come?? Should I give up hope and just wait or should I make a doctor appointment and ask what is going on??
