i need reassurance

last month i got my period on 12/4/18 so my next one was predicted by glow to be 1/1/19. i had protected sex on 1/3/19.

the condom was in tact afterwards. there was no male ejaculation. my partner said the inside of the condom was lined with lube that contained spermicide (which i now know after some google searches- isn’t the best choice for women’s health).

we took many precautions but i still somehow find a reason to worry. as of today, 1/11/19, i still have not gotten my period.

in the past, i have had irregular cycles. my cycle did not become regular until november of 2018. august and september of 2018 my period never came and october it came a little later in the month. i believe this irregularity to stem from my stress and anxiety levels. i have been extremely anxious recently about this situation.

anyway, all i know right now is that my period is a little late. im wondering if my sexual activity could possible play any part in it.
