Did your baby go to NICU being born at 37 weeks?

To moms induced at 37 weeks for medical reasons; How long did your baby have to stay in the NICU, if at all?

I had a 37 weaker and he was totally healthy! 7lbs 6 oz, just a little jaundice

Had my son 16 years ago at 37 weeks.  He was 7lbs 9 oz and perfectly healthy no nicu stay.  But he did develop jaundice because of dehydration (my milk took three days to come in and I was an exclusive breast feeder) he had to go back and go under the Bili light for 24 hours.  37 weeks is considered full term, everything is likely to be perfect

I had a 35w and a 37w baby, neither one needed nicu time but my 35w baby did need phototherapy for jaundice

36+5 he was born perfectly healthy no NICU he was born 4ibs 10 tiny but perfectly fine x

Every baby is different. If a woman is being induced early, it’s assumed they’ve given her steroids to help baby’s lungs develop. Some term babies have to go to NICU. It’s always case by case.

I’ve just been diagnosed with cholestatis. When I have my 36 week check up they are booking my induction 🤦🏼‍♀️ freaking out!

Yes, 37w1d and he was throwing up bile because I had a cholestasis. It cleared up and he was released after 2 days.
