6 weeks Sinus congestion

Starting from my 6 weeks my sinus getting more and more serious. Usually I will take Zyrtec 10mg 1 pill per day. Ever since I know I'm pregnant, I've stop taking any medication or using any nasal spray. Anyone has same problem? That's really bother me very much especially at night when I sleep.
