People are saying it’s ok to beat and yell at the bed infront of them to show your dog that it’s not ok to be on there. Why would you ever scare your pet with violence on a piece of furniture? Does that not say”I’m mad and this is what happens when I’m mad?” Making them scared to upset you, therefore scaring them into submission. Like I stated there is many better ways to teach them that don’t involve scaring them.It might be affective, but it’s not ok. You wouldn’t scare your kid like that to teach them not to climb on the counter, so why would you do it with your dog?
