Spotting and cramping

I’ve been cramping and hearing gurgling where my pubic bone is... everyone says it’s just gas. But I’ve been having all day for 4 days straight. I’m also spotting and I’m 8dpo and my period isn’t due until 5-6 days. But it’s not normal for me to have spotting and have gas pains.
