Alright ladies.... I am in need of advice. .

My long term Boyfriend of 8+ years and i have recently decided to not try but not prevent to conceive.

We did the deed on Jan 1st, the day after my projected ovulation. And then 2 days after.

Today I was at work and noticed 2 times suddenly within minutes of eachother that I felt like I started my period but knew that I am not due to start for another 3-4 days. I went to the ladies room in panic mode thinking I was going to find a murder scene and there was nothing that I could see. After using the restroom i noticed what thought was a very faint pink in my urin and after wiping it was a very distinct brown and a very mucous-ey texture. After that nothing for almost 2 hours and felt the sudden expelling AGAIN.

I went a couple years w/o a period after having the depo shot discontinued i knew something else was at play....

Long stort short hormones are back in check and periods are freakishly regular for the most part.

I started a new diet and when I did it threw it off by a couple days but it now is predictable like the sun is when it rises. Since my periods have become so regular i have had severe cramps and menstrual pains almost the moment i start.

I have not felt anything and the so called bleeding in so minimal that I removed my tampon and felt like it was ripping out everything in me....

I have done about 3 hours of reading and timelines match up that what I am experiencing is implantation bleeding.

If there is anyone with advice I would greatly appreciate it!!!!
