Is my baby fat?

Yesterday we went for a check up with my 11 weeks old baby Adél(Adele) and the Dr. measured her weight and height. She got 2 injections (immunizations) into her thighs. She took it well, she wasn’t really crying and fortunately she didn’t get ill afterwards. But after the measuring the Dr. said she eats too much,because she gained 1kg in a month. I cant do breastfeeding as unfortunately I don’t have any milk. She also has reflux as well... she started telling me how should I feed my baby...she said she should have eat every 4-4.5 hours because she is on formula... should I let her starve and not give her formula even if she cries? Seriously when she said she is fatty. I thought I was gonna punch her... I could stay calm I just dressed her up and left. She doesn’t even eat that much as the formula package says.... anyway she is 5,9 kg and 59 cm....excuse my English but im hoping that everyone can understand:)
