Late af or pregnant? ? ?

My period was due on the 26th on glow and another app I use faithfully says I'm 4 days late. No signs of af except for mild leg cramping. I'm scared to test because I don't want to be let down again being that my husband and I had a chemical pregnancy last month. Anyone words of encouragement would be a blessing right now if you will.
