Dry Lips??

So Ive noticed that whenever Im on my period my lips get ridiculously dry... scaly almost? Just wanted to get some opinions or anything on it!❤️

I’m not sure on why you have dry lips! But mine get like that in the winter sometimes. Get a wet washcloth and scrub your lips, exfoliating them. And then put coconut oil or vaseline on them! Also, make sure you are drinking tons of water!

I think it’s something with the hormones. I’m pregnant & my lips are constantly peeling. I’ve been drinking a gallon of water a day and nothing helps 😩 Before pregnant, my lips would only get this way when I wasn’t drinking enough water.

Sometimes you can be allergic to something in a pad. If you are using pads, try a different brand. Even if you used the old brand for years, the "pad engineers" are constantly tweaking the cover layer, the backing and the absorbent material to try to make it smaller, dryer, more comfortable and  more absorbant
