Teeth and excessive drool at night?

My daughter only has two teeth so far. For the last couple of weeks she drools up a storm (only overnights) when she wakes up there are puddles of drool. She got her 12 month shots yesterday afternoon and has had a low grade fever off and on.. going down with Motrin.. but the drool has gotten waayyyy worse. Last night the puddle was no joke the size of a dinner plate!! Granted she also has stuffy/runny nose. Should I chalk it up to possibly teething/sickness now? Anyone else’s little drool like this at night when getting teeth?
