25 weeks and SPD pain HELP
This is my first pregnancy dealing with this ! My poor hips kill and so does my lower back and pelvis . I bought one of the support belts but it seems to make me more sore after I took it off . Idk how I am going to make it another 13 weeks of work in this pain . I work on my feet all day lifting and twisting ( I’m a chef ) anyone ever felt with this and the doctor pull you out early
