Men and vitamins??

Hello ladies,so recently started TTC Andy doctor have me prenatels & I take Folic Acid as well & I've been giving my husband Zinc everyday .are you having your husband take anything??

My fiancé takes a multivitamin and has changed his diet. Lots of good meats and vegetables. Cut back on breads and processed foods.

Leafy greens are good for both of you. Work them into every meal!

I started giving DH a multivitamin when we started TTC. We have also changed his diet and having him take a probiotic, but this is more because he has Crohns disease and I don't want him to get a flare while TTC. He's been pretty sick the first half of this year, doc said next time he will have to change medication which will jeopardize our ability to conceive, so we are doing what we can to keep him healthy!
