She’s 11 weeks and no she doesn’t yet. I can put things in her hand and she’ll hold it for a bit. She grabs onto my shirt recently

Not yet! My baby is 11 weeks.  
I’d recommend getting the “wonder weeks” book or app.  It’s soooo helpful for understanding where you’re baby should be at developmentally, the skills they should have each week, ‘games’ to help them develop those skills, etc. Its such a nice resource to have for this kind of stuff.

My daughter will of 3.5 months, she will grab something and put it in her mouth. If she's on her exercise mat or bouncer she swats the toys.

Yesss my son is constantly grabbing. He currently loves his crunchy books, maracas, and any overhead toy he can reach. He’s been holding his bottles too. He’ll be 15 weeks Monday.
