Back pain? How many experience backpain before aunt flow?

I ask because usually the week before aunt flow i have a back ache. It feels like i need to pop my back but it won't. Its always lower back right above my butt crack. This past month the back ache just hasnt gone away. It even interfered with me swimming. Usually i head to the lake and do 4 to 6 laps yeaterday i barely did 2. Even cold water wasn't helping and i dont want to take ibuprofen while ttc.
