Birth Control Pill Alternatives
I'm currently on the pill Sprintec and it gives me hard core PMS every month. What alternative BC options can you recommend besides condoms (which I use anyways)?
Thank you! Hoping for a low hormonal alternative so I don't get PMS as badly as I do now.
