Semen analysis results

I finally got ahold of hubbys first results....can anyone help me make sense of this? They said low sperm count and low morphology....but to me it doesn't look that low.....i have a bottle of clomid in my cabinet and i am wondering if its worth it with these numbers. He did have a second test today, but we probably won't get the results until monday. Should i be patient and wait a month before taking clomid, or should i start it tomorrow?
