On Friday the 11th I was 4 weeks along. I had taken 3 HPT that were positive and a docs appt that confirmed one and how far along as well. The 12, yesterday I ended up in the hospital because I had bright red blood on tp, not underwear. My docs office was closed so I went to the hospital, they ran blood tests and did an ultrasound. By the time I went to the hospital, my blood went from bright red to brown with specks in it. Like old blood. They told me that my hcg levels were at 90 and that I would have to get another test done on Monday to see if they double. The ultrasound showed nothing in my uterus or my tubes.. they said it's too early to tell what's going on. My bleeding has stopped almost completely. Have a little brown when I wipe but that's it. I'm just so concerned.. I have had 3 miscarriages before this, one of which was an ectopic pregnancy. I was able to carry full term once with my daughter, she's now 3. Anyone have any experiences with hcg levels being low and bleeding but being completely ok to carry baby??
