What to use for neck pain

I must have slept funny but I have a severe pain in my neck. Tylenol is not touching it. Is there anything else I can use. Either topical or oral? I am 13 weeks almost 14

Get a tennis ball or lacrosse ball. Using a wall, roll the ball along your neck and shoulder until you find the muscle that is tight. You’ll know when you find it. Hurts like hell when you’re rolling it, but seriously helps to loosen the muscle and relieve the tension, which should ease the pain almost immediately. I have this issue frequently now that I’m 22 weeks and have to sleep on my side (former stomach/back sleeper). I literally keep a ball in my purse now and it’s a lifesaver!

Icy hot or any muscle rub u prefer.  Massage it in and keep rolling ur neck around,  both ways. And rotate ur arm thats on same side as pain. U gotta work out there kink.

Do you have a heating pad or ice pack? Alternate heat and cold. As for medicine only Tylenol is safe but if it’s unbearable either call your dr or take something else. That’s the worst feeling. Hopefully it’ll loosen up soon.
