Is this normal?

So yesterday, last night and today I’ve been having period like cramps that are really low and they’ve been persistent. Also when baby kicks I feel like I need or I’m about to pee! My backs hurting slightly also... are the really low period like cramps normal? I’m 27w6d.

I am 27w and had exact same symptoms plus increased pelvic pressure yesterday evening and throughout the night. I called Perinatology advice center at my hospital this morning and after some questions they advised to call Labor&Delivery for further advise. L&D listened to my symptoms and concerns and told me to come in because I have a preterm delivery history (32w). I went in, they tested me for UTI, checked cervix and did a swab for fibronectin to determine whether there is a risk I'm going in labor in the next 2 weeks. UTI test came back negative, cervix is fully closed and no active contractions going on. What they did find though is that my cervix is measuring short, only 2.5-2.8cm. Last time it was measuring 5cm at 17 weeks... They were slightly concerned about it but since no other tests are positive for labor at this point they sent me home and said that my regular OB/GYN will be checking cervix length at my check-ups from now on. I came back home still feeling pelvic pressure but not as much cramping or back pain. I'm not sure if the baby just flipped head down today and pressing more than usual. But my advice would be to always stay on the safe side and get checked. I am now definitely going to take it easy and rest more knowing my cervix is shortening and crossing fingers it doesn't get shorter for the next 10-12 weeks...

Low baby kick & needing to pee is normal. Idk about the cramps, have you been over exerting yourself ? Dehydrated? 
Personally I’ve been redoing our room & I was getting cramps from bending/stretching/getting tired so in my case I attributed it to that. It could also just be general stretching pains, baby is getting bigger maybe it flipped to a position you are not used to
