Nailed it 💪🏻
My grandmother who passed away 7 years ago when I was stationed in Korea, had this amazing potato soup recipe and I want to say I nailed it on my first try!!
This woman was my inspiration and also was a mother to me. I never got to say goodbye 😔 as I said before I was in Korea and she passed 8 days before I gave birth to my son. So getting her recipe right on the first try means so much to me that I cried when the soup was done.
