Someone help?

I am currently 34+2 and tomorrow morning I am getting my second growth scan my last scan showed baby was measuring 2 weeks behind at 32 weeks and was told that I may be induced if he doesn't get bigger. They didn't really explain anything other than that he was smaller than expected and his heart and movement are fine so I'm really confused as to whats going on and what will happen tomorrow? Will I be induced soon if he's not bigger?
