And I feel so fat 😥😭 I am the heaviest I’ve ever been, I know the scale doesn’t lie but I was trying really hard to not put a whole lot of stock into it, but I took family photos with my husbands family yesterday and yikes. Im feeling so down rn. Please excuse me while I go indulge on a pan full of brownies. Which I realize is not helping me out in this area at all but I am so upset with myself.

You look great and my goodness you have beautiful skin! Also, you created that adorable chunky baby. Good job mama! You will get back to your normal size eventually. It doesn’t happen overnight and sometimes it takes other people longer. Just eat healthy, drink water,keep moving, and indulge in moderation. No crazy fad diets or unsustainable restrictions. Time. Patience. Be kind to yourself.

Dont be upset. Think of it this way your body is truly amazing! You could have life in you. I was sad too that I put on a little weight but then I thought about how amazing womans bodys are how we can build life inside of us.❤ Its truly amazing. So look at it as your bodys a gift. I think you look beautiful!
