Femara and twins.... help!
I had my follicle scan ans trigger shot today after taking femara CD 2-6. My left ovary is at 19 and my right is at 21 so my doc said both look great and both might release an egg. Which means I COULD have twins. I really DO NOT want twins as we already have one rambunctious boy. It will be what it is but I am curious what every else experienced during femara?
