Prego after c section

With my first baby i had no sore boobs no cramping no spotting...no symptoms at all. I think i might be prego again (v faint line 4 days before af) no sore boobs..had a bit of nausea but had a lot of cramping. I had a emergency csection the first time round and had a lot of pain for a couple of years after. So could that be a reason for cramping now? Or could this be af? Xxx
