What Stroller Are You Using? When Are You Transitioning From Car Seat into the Stroller?

My daughter seems to be on the bigger side. She will be 4 months on the 21st and is already in 6 months clothes, weighing 16 pounds, and is 27 inches long. When I put her in the infant car seat, she hates it. She tenses up, screams.

All in all, she hates being in the infant car seat and I was wondering what age other mommies are transitioning their babies out of the infant seat and into the larger rear facing car seats and regular stroller seats.

She already has head control and can sit pretty much on her own.

We have the Bugaboo Chameleon and the CitySelect Lux Jogger.

We read the manual for the Britax Advocate 65-G3 and she can be in that from 5kg, so we installed that in the car yesterday and put the infant seat away! She is so much happier now. Goes into her stroller without the usual screaming. She loves being able to look around and sit upright.

The cozy for the stroller makes sure she’s nice and snug in her stroller.
