Sex - how often?

Question

My husband and I have a weekly quota we like to hit: have sex 4 times. I think this is enough, but I'm curious if others would agree. Is our goal high or low? How often do you have sex each week! Do you and your husbands have a weekly goal?

Please note, some weeks we don't hit the goal and other weeks we exceed it. It's a loose goal - want to keep things fun not forced. Just want to make sure we're maintaining a healthy sex life.

Just have fun and go with the flow. You shouldn't set goal to have sex. It's better when it jut happens and it's not planned out

We don't have a goal, but we usually end up doing it 2x a week.

We don't have a goal. We do it when we want to do it. It really just depends on the week how many times we do it. I don't think there is any normal amount because every couple is different.

Hahahahahaha....wtf. I am 18 weeks. We have had sex 3 times in the last 18 weeks. Before that it was 3-4 a month and then only if I was ovulating. NOT MY CHOICE!!!!!

It varies. At times we'll do it 6/7 times a week and sometimes go without for 2/3 weeks. We say it doesnt bother us but when i think deeply into it, ur relationship is alot stronger when you make time for intimacy.:) x
