Is this my period?

I just went to the bathroom and have this? Is this my period. I had a panty liner on for a few hours and haven’t had nothing on it, the panty liner before that one it was full of a brown color.

Friday I started having a dark brown blood color which is old blood. (Haven’t had a period for 4 years.) took medroxyprogesterone the end of last month and beginning of this month.
