Could i be pregnant?

So im in the pill. Ive been on it for over a year but then i took a little break from it for about 3 months and i just got back on it About 2 months ago. So i used to always ask my bf to pull out because that was my comfort zone. So about 3 weeks ago. I decided its ok for him to finish in me. So every time my bf and i have sex i let him finish in me. I take my pill on time everyday never missed one. But these last couple days ive been feeling a little nauseous nothing serious like i have to run to the bathroom but enough for me to notice. Then today at work ill felt light headed everytime i had to bend down. I just start my placebo pills today so im expecting on getting my period hopefully by tuesday because thats when i usually get it. But idk im kinda scared im pregnant. And to make things worse my mom told me this moring that she had a dream that i was pregnant. And i just laughed it off but deep inside i was like "dafuq im scared". What do u guys think? I dont think im pregnant because i take my pills on time but the nausea and the lightheadedness really got me worried.
