metformin & period issues

before being diagnosed with pcos i normally went about 4 months without a period, would have a horrible one lasting about a month and then i’d go four more. so, i went to my obgyn and they diagnosed me with pcos and put me on metformin due my insulin resistance. within a week and a half i started my first period! it lasted about 14 days. after i anticipated my next one next month and it came!!!!!! but, this being my third month i’m not getting a period. attached below are my charts.

i tried taking an easy @ home test and i got either a very faint positive or an evap line because i haven’t got another + on a test sense.

would it be in my best interest to wait some more, or try making an appointment with my gyno?
