AF hasn’t came to visit

I’m 11 days late and my period is always on time. I took a pregnancy test after 2 days of waiting for AF and it came back negative. I’ve been having light cramping but nothing else. I’m at a loss on what I should do now. Should I wait a few more days and take another test or should I take it now???
