Perineal massage and tears.
The more I’m reading about perineal massage, the more I’m getting to know about the different degrees of tears,
Previously, I hadn’t worried about this but with all the information and traumatising stories I’ve read online the more anxious I’m getting about the birth. 😣
Is anyone else worried?
