My 4yo has a temp of 100 degrees under the armpit. I didnt realized i bought the infant tylenol instead of the childrens one i gave it to him aroun 12 am its 4 am and still hasnt come down i gave him 5ml.. what else i can do? Im so tired i wanna sleep i have a baby too and another 2yo but hes awake and i cant leave him alone hes having some chills and says hes cold but i dont want to cover him alot.
