Sooo I’m a third time mom but babies always do something that can be scary!

I was feeding my LO and she was in the process of pooping. When she poops it’s very obvious bc she grunts and forces it out.

Anyways , she must have really pushed hard bc it caused her to spit up not only through her mouth, but her nose too and she started choking a bit. She freaked out !😬

But I leaned her toward and burped her and calmed her down. It was so scary! No matter how many kids you have, the worry and fears never end!

Lesson learned. Stop feeding when she’s pooping ! 😂
