fear of speaking aloud with prayer

hi everyone ..

so i just wanted some insight or something that personally helped you with saying prayer aloud.

i never grew up religious with my family and it was never a thing but when i got older i knew church was where i wanted to be.

my husband grew up in a church and around a very powerful group of women

& we have a home church with where we live but now it’s to a point my husband wants me to say prayer aloud but i am so fearful and intimidated but i want to work on it and get better and truly pray aloud but i just want to know what helped y’all
