Frequent Nightmares?

Anyone else experiencing frequent nightly nightmares? I’ve had one every night for the last week! And not all of them are baby related. Most actually aren’t. Super annoying and don’t know how to make them stop 🙄

I had a dream I was in a jigsaw trap from Saw!!!! My other nightmare was getting back with my ex husband. 😂😂 in all seriousness though I too have been having nightmares. 14+6

Yup. Relived 9/11 in a dream. Then another terrorist attack in London. Scared the pants off me. Just dreams that came from newspaper articles or the news on TV. Woke up startled and confused. Plus felt like I hadn’t slept at all!

Nightmares at least 3 times a week 😩 I had one last night in fact. I wish they weren’t so vivid and that I could forget them the next day haha

Oh yes daily. I get vivid dreams since pregnant. I watched halloween during the holidays and guess who was after me in my nightmare. I always wake up in sweats. I donnu how you can stop them. They don’t bother me. It’s like watching a movie lol
