Im sorry for the stupid question but how do the blood tests work when you’re checking your levels? Do you go to the ob and they draw blood every day for a few days?

Also, is it inconvenient to go every day (if you live far away)? Does insurance pay for numerous blood tests?

Im not trying to sound insensitive, I’m genuinely curious. I’ve never done it because I feel kind of silly asking my doctor about it. I don’t know why... they did take a blood test once and I got the results a few days later (it was negative).
