Energy highs and lows

There are some days where I can take on the world...I have all the motivation to do a full workout & clean and get inspired as to what my workouts will be after having baby etc (which in all I just do what I can—not over straining myself but it’s the motivational inspiration that makes me feel good) and then I have days where I have to drag myself out of bed to make it to work barely on time—looking like a zombie.
