Anyone suffer from a postpartum identity crisis?

I am not going to call it a crises but I find that it is difficult to come home with the baby and notice that your life is not the same anymore. Sometimes I can’t find a moment to take a quick shower... And I have to wait until somebody is home to look after the baby. I love taking care of my baby and I can’t imagine one single day without her, but sometimes I need 5 minutes for me. I think that it is normal... no? 🤔

Absolutely. It's hard to find yourself again after becoming a mom. Every moment of my day is for my son now, every thought is about my son, I don't do anything for myself anymore, and I don't have time to put myself together like I used to (I'm really into makeup and haven't worn any in months). It's definitely a strange feeling.

No. I love being a mom. I'm still me but my body is just not the same anymore, which is ok.. it's all worth it
