I need help (again)

So my period is about two days late and I had protected sex on December 16. During the last week of December I had what I would call minor cramps and insanely light bleeding when I wiped. I took a pregnancy test on the 10th of this month because I got really nervous but it was negative. I don’t know what I should do. Any help or guidance will be much appreciated. Thank you.
