What’s your thoughts about going Keto to get pregnant? Did it work for you?

I’ve done keto for a long time, just found out I’m pregnant and I plan on adjusting and aiming for more like 40-50 carbs a day instead of 25 Because I just feel like that is not enough carbs sustain a healthy pregnancy. So I’m not keto now, just lower carb. Trying to get the most carbs from healthy veggies. I have not talked to my dr about this yet. but I doubt he will tell me I must eat bread or pasta. I’m a firm believer in the healthy fats you eat while on keto though, great brain food!
