Internal vaginal tear

Hey ladies ! So I tried having sex while I was a little dry no lube because I figured I’d get more wet as we continued but we didn’t make it that far. He got about halfway inside then I felt a dragging feeling and boom started bleeding. Now I’m having little twinges of pain. Could I have gotten a tear inside of my vagina from being dry ? Has anyone experienced this ? What do I do to heal up other than no sex or any objects inside of me ?
