When can I start testing for pregnancy?

I have the easy at home pregnancy tests and also a clear Blue normal pregnancy test....
What did you use when you got your BFP? Which DPO were you when you got a BFP?
I am currently 5/6 DPO.

You confirmed ovulation with OPKs? Wait until at least 15-16 dpo. I got this from a friend.

I usually try to wait until the day of missed period so I’m not let down by a negative. And I always use the cheap dollar store tests.

I’m 11dpo according to FF. I tested today and didn’t see anything. Thought I saw a faint line but probably not! But it’s too early.
