Shadow on heart during ultrasound?

I just had my anatomy scan yesterday and got a call today from the doctor saying I need to have another in four weeks due to a shadowing in the left side of the baby's heart. They said most of the time it's just the baby moving but it could mean a heart defect. Has this happened to anyone and how concerned should I be? I've been hysterical all day!

I'm going through something similar...at my 20 week US the lady was unable to get some pics of heart because of "positioning". She said because of the position of the baby it looked like there was something wrong! Had to go back 4 weeks later...exact same story again! My next appt is in about 2 1/2 weeks and I'm definitely starting to get worried. I've been reassured that it is probably nothing and clinging to that but I understand your concern and sympathize. I try to distract myself with other fun stuff to focus on and it does help a bit (fixing up baby room, finding cute baby clothes, hanging with friends and family) I suggest things like this.
