Cloudy urine

Is there a way to get rid of cloudy urine naturally? I’m really hoping it’s not a uti. I didn’t drink much water while at my bf’s, and it’s after I got home that it started happening. All we drank at his place was ginger ale and pineapple/mango juice.

I only have pain after holding in the pee for so long, but other than that, all I have cloudy urine.
