Can you eat lunch meat while pregnant?

I was told you can if you warm the meat. In Skillet etc. So maybe make a turkey cheese toasty in skillet and warm meat thoroughly.

My doctor told me no meat that isn't in its original form. I've been craving corn dogs but I know it's only because I know I can't eat them. Lol

So long as it's super hot go kill listeria. Also helps if u ask them to slice it fresh on a clean machine. I nuked ham today for a toastie n god it was great

I read that it would be better to get the packaged kind not from the deli because of listeria. Even or non pregnant people I heard deli meat is bad for you, even though it tastes better!
